Frequently Asked Questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions on your iPhone to view, modify, or cancel your Extraction Pro subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Extraction, go to the paywall screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any App Store purchase.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email privacy@extrctn.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

The bag scanner isn't recognising my coffee.

For best results, ensure the coffee bag label is clearly visible, well-lit, and fills most of the camera frame. The scanner works best with bags that have printed text showing the roaster name, coffee name, and origin details. Handwritten labels or heavily stylised fonts may be harder to read.

How do I export my data?

Email privacy@extrctn.com with the subject "Data Export Request" and we will provide a copy of your data in a standard format.
