This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Extraction ("Licensor") for the use of the Extraction mobile application ("Application"). By installing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the Application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

The Application offers optional subscription-based features ("Pro Features"). Subscriptions are managed and billed through Apple's App Store. The terms of subscription, including pricing, duration, and renewal, are as presented at the time of purchase within the Application.
The Application, including all content, features, functionality, design, code, and trademarks, is and remains the exclusive property of the Licensor. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Application. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.
Your use of the Application may involve the collection, storage, and processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
The Application uses third-party artificial intelligence services to provide coffee recognition, recipe generation, and conversational assistance. These features are provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy. The Licensor is not liable for any actions taken based on AI-generated recommendations.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
The Licensor's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Application in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.
The Licensor may also terminate this EULA at any time by providing notice through the Application or via email.
This EULA incorporates Apple's standard terms for Licensed Applications as set out in the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between this EULA and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
The Licensor reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Updated terms will be posted within the Application or on our website. Continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
